7.12 Search by Supplier Serial Number

This function is used to identify a spare part starting with the supplier's code number. The function is activated from the Other Searches menu of the Home Page or from the functions menu on the search pages, selecting Supplier Serial Number.
The displayed page requires specifying the supplier's code number. After entering the code, selecting the Check push button checks for the code and if it exists, it updates the supplier description, drawing code and drawing description data.

The search continues by selecting the Search Drawing push button that activates the search by Drawing. The search by drawing page is activated with the pre-set drawing code with the drawing code identified by the search by supplier serial number.
